      image I made an appointment for my dog for nail clipping and hair cut. My appointment was t 1230. They tell me they have nothing scheduled for my dog an I MUST have called the wrong place. I go to my car and get my phone and show them I called the right place... Katie's depot in Laverne. Then she asks me if I got a email reminder? Ummm no and how was I to know I was to receive this email? So, I am told they are booked for today but they have an opening tomorrow. No thank you. When a business blames the customer for their error and when proven they were wrong finds yet another reason to blame the customer, I no longer have respect for their business. Everyone makes mistakes, take accountability and show some respect.
