Our experience with Pool Concepts was absolutely stellar from start to finish! Construction site was kept clean and organized. A kind and courteous team. Silvia, Marianna, and Nacho were always responsive and walked us through the entire project. Very happy with the outcome!!!

Wanted to rate them higher, but several issues prevented me from doing so. I'll start off with the work they did which was alright. They got it done fairly fast and the pool looks nice. Could've been better on the communication end. Unfortunately, trash was left on my property after pretty much all the different job days. Workers can't clean up after themselves and treat my property as a dumpster. After a week of the finished job, the pool has some spots growing algae already. Asked them if they can recommend me someone to do weekly service, but they weren't exactly helpful. They sure are quick in asking for payment though.

I'm the PM & Designer for a Design Build Firm in Los Angeles and I work on a lot of jobs. Nacho and his team are the best pool contractors I've met in a long time. Their pricing was competitive and the work was quickly done leaving a quality product. We're very happy with them and will absolutely be using them for our future projects.

Dont use them , trust me specially Silva!! We have fine line cracks everywhere in the pool and on the steps, they wont return calls or reply to emails.. save yourself from headache and disappointment.. Service: Swimming pool resurfacing

We had a great experience working with Pool Concepts of CA. Our backyard now is referred to as a mini resort and absolutely love it.
