Nick is fantastic and the best realtor I have worked with in my five house sales and six purchases over the past 15 years. Nick is personable, professional, conscientous, and very effective. I had to sell my dads house for him while living 500 miles away. I met with Nick once in person and I knew he was the man for the job. The house was staged and listed within a week of our first meeting, and then sold for $57k over asking price the first day. The house closed in less than a month. Nick removed all the stress from the process and I was able to focus on my dad. I never needed to step foot back into the house after that first meeting. Nick was a blessing to me and my family during a challenging time. Thank you!

Our experience working with Nick was fantastic and we feel his work was a big part of us closing on our family dream house. Nick was professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughly professional. While touring houses he would often call out questionable construction or things that would flag an inspector that might not be obvious to most home buyers. We were often able to brainstorm ideas for renovations and rough costs due to his knowledge of materials and construction. We appreciated that he was able to regulate between being the helpful tour guide and stepping back as needed - reading the room well. As it turned out, we found a turnkey house we fell in love with and Nick was instrumental in advising us through the bidding process to secure the contract.

Nick is a rare gem in a wild market, plentiful in realtors to choose from. Ultimately, if it weren't for him, his experience, and his connections in the area, we wouldn't be in our dream home right now. He was very pleasant to work with, punctual, is personable and professional, he and his team work very quickly to write up strong offers, he is a skilled negotiator, he's honest, and he genuinely and quickly gained our trust and rightfully so. From recommending seasoned and diligent inspectors to local doctors, stores, and other places you will need living in a new area, he has not failed us once during our time working together. We ended up being the lowest of 7 offers (even cash) and Nick shared our story with the sellers - and they chose us! We could barely believe it and have a bottomless bowl of gratitude for them and to Nick for his amazing work during our relocation process and to find us a place we can truly call home for a long time to come. Highly recommend Nick as he will certainly be a force of good and in your corner if you're looking to buy or sell your home.
