Re active mgt company with minimum Poor workmanship handymen. Would not recommend... too kick back and does not help.owners to maintain their house. All about income.

I have applied for 149-167 Cambridge avenue rental unit. We sent in our application ahead of the walk-through. Reach out several times to the management and no respond. When we were at the walk through the person who is there not even know who we were and that we did send in application ahead. I got one miss call from the management and from then I left several messages and only thing I got from receptionist is he is out of the office, he is in meeting and all excuse of not talking to me. What is so hard to just say yes or no to applicant. We have excellent credt since we are in process to buy property in claremont and I have my house deposit in my bank account. I wish the owner of property know how unprofessional they are toward potential tenant. I don't think they are fair to applicants that is apply and probably has someone that they know keep occupying the space. Truly disappointed. We wasted credit report for something that is non responsive and no professional. We don't miss much because if they are like this they probably can't reach if we need help living in that property. The unit looks ok but the gate is not locked so wide open to any intruders. The landscape is claimed to be done but nothing to desire.
