Completed and submitted the online form and shortly thereafter got an automated reply indicating that "over the next day my team will work to provide the best options" to fit my needs- then asked for almost all of the information that I had just provided on their website form. I replied within an hour, let one day pass with no response. Waited one more day, again no response so I pinged them that evening- two days later....Nothing.
The real score is -1 out of 5 Stars for wasting my time but it's not an option here.
