For all TENANTS! If you deny access to your Apt. When your not home to have service repairs, OR might have too many Service Request you might be called "DELICATE" Cats all over the parking lot, on top of cars. Found scratch marks from cats on my car. Great place to live if you're allergic to cats. So far I've seen 2 tenants that don't mind having the cats around. One tenant continues to feed the cats no matter if she's reported to the manager and the other tenant puts a sheet on her car hood so that cats are comfortable when laying on the car hood.

Oh ya, first big thing:you can never just walk in office here. Its ALWAYS locked. So uninviting. A big downside is parking. It's a free for all. People can have as many cars as thy want. Lots of non running cars sitting in stalls, which means they park their running cars in open spaces. There's empty threats of towing non running cars, but never happens. *Update, more added.* notices are sent out once or maybe 2 a year about keeping carports clutter free, porchs too. But she never makes the usual suspects clean em; cans in trash bags, bikes, oil cans, camping chairs.just sit. Looks so ugly. Nothing gets properly fixed here. The maintenance guy "kinda" fixes it. JUST BEWARE THE NICE shiny things you see walking around. And pay attention to the small things.***UPDATE 4/5/24. Nothing done. No cars towed. Still letting tenants have as many as they want.

The apartment complex is tucked away in a neighborhood and is also gated, which provides for a private and quiet feel. My neighbors were all very kind and welcoming. I haven't had to deal with much noise that wouldn't be expected at an apartment complex. Julie is incredibly kind and responsive; you can tell she cares. Office hours are off, sometimes the staff is out even during normal business hours. I never dealt with any utility issues other than a leaky faucet. The apartment complex is old, so if you're expecting brand new modern amenities, this may not be a good fit. Cabinets, shelves and doors have been repeatedly painted over, which make some of them sticky-like you feel when you open them. the AC unit and heater are in the living room so it won't reach the bedroom efficiently. I've adapted with fans and a portable heater. Personally, I had a good experience living here (as long as your manage your expectations). Damien high school is next door, which means on game nights or practice nights, you'll hear the band playing a lot but I think it was kind of fun! However, it is a noise consideration some might not enjoy. The large shopping/grocery area is a close drive, which is very convenient. There were some surprises in utility payments in terms of overall priciness compared to my last living situation. Meet Julie, ask lots of questions to make sure you are all on the same page, to consider if living here is good for you! Again, I enjoyed my time here!

This is a great and affordable complex in a nice area. It is very close to multiple freeways, the 210, 57, 10. The surrounding community is really great to be a part of as well. The apartment community is very quiet and most people keep to themselves. We really enjoyed living here and the only reason we left was because our family outgrew the space. There is a gated pool area, a small dog park and playground for kids, a gym, and decent laundry facilities.

Hi Private American, thank you for taking time to leave a review. We apologize for any inconvenience related to parking and can ensure you management is working actively and diligently to obtain the registered vehicles for residents on-site. Management has posted notices to all inoperable vehicles and will be distributing parking permits to registered vehicles on-site. Guest parking will further be limited. This will ultimately help eliminate any parking issues moving forward. Our hope is you return at a later date and update this review to a 5-Star Review. We will continue to take proper steps to resolve any and all parking issues and do appreciate your time. It's because of customers like you that we continue to improve as a business.
