        This is the WORST home healthcare agency I have ever dealt with. I dealt with Juana in the office who beyond rude and unprofessional and has zero knowledge of how my insurance works. I dealt with two nurses out of 5 that actually cared. Two of them were wonderful, the rest barely seemed competent. They showed up extremely late several times and yesterday didnt even bother to call or show up. I am supposed to have DAILY wound care and they just blew it off. Do not trust this agency.
