I used Prasad Plumbing 3 weeks ago for replacement of Kitchen sink garbage disposal at my property in Diamond Bar. They were honest and told me that the plumber would try its best to make the existing disposal work by un-jamming it. He even gave me directions on the phone reagrding how to unjam it. I was not able to unjam it, so I asked him to bring a replacement with him. He came 45 minutes prior to the given time and replaced it very easily. He did not make a mess and handed me the warranty card and the registration card. He installed bigger HP motor compared to what we had in the past. This is my third time using Prasad. I reached out to the company, since I had a major leakage in garage and it was an emergency situation or all of my stuff would be ruined. So he very patiently help me locate the problem and gave me a temporary solution till he got there. I was scared that he might charge me a lot but he showed up on time and explained me the situation and took care of it and his pricing was also very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again. Fixture will need to be replaced, but in the interim it's usable thanks to Prasad. Very nice guy. Would recommend.
