I was a bit disappointed with this location, I've been to the L.A one on Central dozens of times and the flavor of the meat was not only consistent but on point.
This location in particular, although great customer serivce, it was very clean inside and the beans, yes bomb free beans, condiments packed in great to-go containers! The meat - well it was ok, it could've been better but it was extremely dry, I took it to go and ate in the car, I seriously had to look twice at the building to make sure this was the same Tacos Gavilan in Los Angeles.
