I suggest looking elsewhere. Weve bought two booths from these guys reluctantly and whenever we have an issue, they dont respond or respond once and you never hear from them again. We have a defective light ring and they wont replace it although its under warranty. We just bought two more booths, but not from them. Look elsewhere if you are looking for any support.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I actually had another company from Atlanta give me all the help i needed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RBA PHOTO BOOTHS

Not overly impressed with the service of this company. I had to call them to confirm they received my money transfer. They didn't send any document saying thank you for your purchase or that your money has been received. Another two weeks pass and I still didn't receive the booth and had to call again. Then I received the wrong booth. I ordered white and got black. I emailed them and never heard back....its been a few months now. Now that I have a problem with the flash ring from them not working, I emailed them at their "24 hour" support line....still waiting to hear from them. The booth is well manufactured but the support is awful.

I would never buy another Photo Booth from this company. I ordered a white Photo Booth and when it arrived it was black. I took the Photo Booth out on my first party this past Saturday and had nothing but issues the whole time. The photo screen kept freezing had to reset the computer 8 times, the ribbon in the printer broke 1 hour into using it. There is no support on the weekends when you really need it. I reached out to Nikki who Ive been dealing with immediately after the event on Saturday. She still has not replied to me and it is now Tuesday. They have no knowledge of their own product. Go find a Photo Booth company that cares about their clients. If you look at all the negative reviews you can see the consistency to them. That means that they put no effort in fixing their issues.
