        I placed an order a week ago. The package was shipped 2 days later; however, tracking shows it has not moved in 5 days. I contacted Fedex and they said the package was lost. I contacted customer no-service at Nile Corp and, as others have noted, I received terrible customer no-service. I spoke with Irene and she was quite condescending to me. I asked for her supervisor but she said she was the supervisor. I will NEVER order from them again. Check out their Better Business Bureau complaints - they don't respond to customer complaints.
