        Had fun playing a round with ESPN LA. Challenging fairways, greens were a bit hard & the bunkers were hard as a rock. Beautiful scenic views though.

        I had the pleasure of visiting the Industry Hills Golf Course this morning for a charity golf tournament. After registration, I decided to have breakfast at the restaurant. All I craved was some oatmeal and coffee. To my delight, the waiter, Rogelio, was incredibly attentive, confident, and helpful. He suggested that I order the continental breakfast, which conveniently included oatmeal. Rogelio was a constant presence in the restaurant, assisting everyone while simultaneously checking back with me to see if I needed anything. I would like to express my gratitude for having such exceptional individuals on your guest service team. As a former guest services manager who eventually became the General Manager of a reputable hotel, I recognize excellent service when I see it.
