Getting a hold of technical support is non existent. Monitor came in 5 months ago brand new and works great only used it a handful of times less than 10 and went to turn it on and had a blown LED strip across my screen when literally was working fine the night prior. This is a factory defect and Now i have a damaged monitor and Can't get a hold of anyone on technical support to use my warranty.

I purchased a $350 monitor from this company just over a year ago. It now randomly power cycles off/on. Because it is out of warranty they wont touch it. Wont bother to fix it. Customer service is atrocious. Dont buy their junk. They will just rip you off.
