Hisense USA Corporation

In my experience, appears to have practices and policies designed to avoid honoring warranty claims. Cheaper to just buy quality than have to pay for a replacement.

DO NOT BUY THIS TV BRAND ever!!! Please go with another one. My hisense tv suddenly stopped working with no reason. I had purchased 9 months ago (still has warranty). Customer Service said I had cracked it

The worst TV I've ever had, simply stopped turning on right after 1 year warranty ended, just ridiculous... They designed TVs to last one year, when I tried to call customer service to ask for advice on how to fix it and troubleshoot it, the lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. It's unbelievable that companies like that with horrible products exist. I recommend everyone to stay away from this brand and buy a normal TV from a reputable TV maker. A waste of money..

Bought a Hisense 85" TV that only worked for 16 months! Called the Hisense support number and was told the warranty was only for 12 months. What a joke. First and last time I purchase anything manufactured by Hisense.
