I came here for a shoot. This is a great fitness and health place that brings and connects people with quality equipment. I love how they are equipments are definitely very easy to use.
Not only that, but they have a wonderful staff that is able to market them and is great for that and more.
A lot of their equipment is also a lot friendlier than what you would see at the commercial gym. Some thing that I would definitely invest in and buy myself for my home gym.

I think this is only the second review Ive ever written, but the outstanding help that I received from the Sunny Fitness Support team, especially Hugo and Carlos, was worthy of a review. Their help was incredible! I have a Sunny Fitness treadmill SF-T4400 Motorized Treadmill, that I purchased a few years back. Its been such a gift to my health and well being, mentally and physically. I use it 5 days a week and the benefits are huge!! Saw me through the loss of my father, still helps me through the grief. The treadmill began to have electric issues a few months back, a faulty wire. I live at the coast and items rust easily, I dont know what the exact cause, regardless, the support that I received to bring it back to life, was over and beyond what I expected! I was walked, (pun intended) through how to change the wires, sent a video on the steps, every aspect that was needed to bring my treadmill back to life was covered! it actually was an easy fix! I commend Sunny Fitness for hiring such outstanding humans; capable, knowledgable, solution oriented, as well as kind, compassionate and patient as I sorted through what was wrong and how to fix it. Their service was prompt, attention to emails immediate, replacement products timely. Not only is the treadmill up and running, it didnt end up in a landfill, taking unnecessary space! Success all the way around! They said, "Our #1 priority is helping customers remain happy and healthy! they proved they do just that. Sunny Fitness equipment will continue to be my go to fitness equipment because of this extraordinary service and my wonderful experience with their support team. Thank you Sunny Fitness and Carlos and Hugo!!

We bought an obsidian surge rower from this company. My wife bought it online. It was shipped missing bolts and screws, so it sat for a couple months until I had time to go to the hardware store and find replacement ones bc when I contacted support with photos and serial number, they also demanded that I provide proof of purchase and my wife couldn't remember where she bought it.
After I got the bolts and screws I needed from the hardware store and put it together, the water container for the hydro rower leaked all over because, unbeknownst to me, they had already sent us one that was not just missing bolts, but had a giant crack in the water container. I'm stuck trying to glue and caulk it together because this thing was really expensive. Once again they refused to send us a replacement because we can't find our proof of purchase. I will never, ever purchase any fitness equipment from this company again.
