I work in Property Management and we have ordered 2 appliances from Empava. Both of them quit working within 6 months of installation. This would not necessarily be an issue but both times it took at least 4 months to reach anyone at the company for a solution. I am currently at the 4th month trying to reach them for the second appliance. After leaving several messages and calling almost every day, I still have not heard back from anyone.

Product manual did not match product. No one answers the phone for support nor returns calls made the support number.

This company is so hard doing business with them. They never call you back they send the wrong parts just bad experience overall.
