Disastrous Real Estate Transaction Experience - Beware! I wish I could rate this real estate agency lower than one star because our experience has been an absolute nightmare. Where do I even begin? First off, when Amir sent over the addendum, they didn't bother consulting us. They simply opened it and signed our name, essentially forcing us into a situation we hadn't agreed to. Talk about unethical practices! Then, when Lynette finally got around to sending over the solar contract, it was a complete mess. Names were incorrect, information was missing, and when we tried to address these glaring issues, they conveniently ignored us. Can you believe that? Despite sending multiple emails requesting clarification and resolution, they've left us hanging. We even went as far as to formally request cancellation of the transaction due to their incompetence, yet they continue to dodge our emails and evade responsibility. What's worse is that they're holding onto our $10,000 security deposit, claiming they're entitled to it. Excuse me? Last time I checked, breach of contract doesn't entitle anyone to keep money that rightfully belongs to us! In summary, this real estate agency has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic decency throughout our entire ordeal. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs. Trust me, you'll thank me later. Sincerely, Tara Merritt
