Always the consummate professional who is on top of every last detail. Dennis is the broker you want to work with when dealing with the loan process. He came recommended to us when we purchased our first home, and we had such a pleasant experience the first time around that we immediately thought of him when we started looking for our next home. He answers every question and presents the information in a way that is palatable to a lay person. He is incredibly fast in responding to emails and gives frequent updates along the way. This second time around we had a quick, 21 day escrow, that had us worried whether we would be able to close in time, but Dennis ensured that every thing went smoothly and we closed on time. I can't recommend him enough. We will definitely turn to Dennis for any future refinancing or home purchases.

Dennis Sanchez and his team were a pleasure to work with--courteous, professional, and prompt. I recently purchased my first home a few months ago and Dennis Sanchez was there to literally hold my hand the whole way!! The overall process of buying a home can be intimidating but he made it very easy to understand. He was always patient and thorough in his explanations. His method of explaining things came by way of his easy to follow charts/spreadsheets. These were very detailed, and you were able to visually see the difference between one rate to another, how that would affect the payment, how much of a down payment was needed, etc. It made it so that any layman was able to understand. He never made me feel like there was a dumb question and I always felt more at ease after I spoke to him. I came to rely on and trust his opinion the whole way through. He is not trying to gain anything for himself; he just provided sound and honest advice and information. My transaction was delayed by the other realtor and parties involved and locked mortgage rates have an expiration date. Had it not closed on time, there was no telling what the market would be at that point. Dennis worked tirelessly to get the job done within the necessary time frame! After my transaction with him was done, he told me that if I ever had any other questions that I should feel free to contact him and that time did come. I received a tax form and I wasnt sure what to do with it. I emailed Dennis and he got back to me right away and explained to me exactly what I should do. I know that if I ever need financial advice, he is more than willing to help without any monetary gain for himself. Ive never written a review about anything or anyone, but I feel that his praises are well deserved. He previously helped my parents with a situation with their home and that experience was pleasant as well. I would recommend his services to anyone time and time again!!
