I lost my job over a  year ago after my restauarant had to make cutbacks due  to covid 19. Needless to say I  became depressed and concerned and had a lot of time on my hands. Not getting much exercise and constantly snacking I gained several pounds. I called a few places after doing research on weight loss and was always rushed off the phone with a careless speech.,  and trying to get me to just come in. I came across Dr Ravenna's office and decided I would make one more call.  This time The person that answered the phone had a cheerful and uplifting voice and she didn't try to rush me and she sat there and listened to my dilemma and sounded very concerned. Carmen explained that they had a weight loss program that suggested exercises like walking and examples of  simple meal plans  I can follow with foods that I could take on the go and eat throughout the day.Without starving myself. I decided this was the place for me, when I showed up Carmen welcomed me  with a smile, she's such a sweet person and I feel very comfortable coming here !my weight loss program is very successful! She also provided me with vitamin supplements to restore a healthy body. Her encouragement  keeps me looking forward to my weekly weigh ins! Definitely recommend this office if you want an encouraging and successful weight loss program!
