Residence Inn by Marriott La Mirada Buena Park

BED BUGS! Do not stay here. We checked in tonight and immediately checked out when I found a bed bug crawling in the hand towels in the bathroom. Ive never moved so fast in my life to get out of there. We were in room 227 tonight 4/10. Everything looked fine on initial inspection. But there was no missing the fat bed bug on the hand towel. I immediately demanded check out and the gentleman at the desk while did do it seemed unphased and annoyed that I was upset and distraught about this situation after traveling all day. In this day and age, there is no excuse. If its in one room its in them all and clearly in the linens.

Front desk people were great to work with. Was staying there for work, and had a great experience. No incorrect charge, etc. issue free.

The mattress had holes in them, spiders In the bathroom there were spiders on the fruit when you eat breakfast. The manager only offered 25% of my money back the room clearly hasnt been clean in a long time. If you know whats good paying to stay here would for the amount of money you pay you can get better elsewhere. Family vacation turn into horror night!!!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. I love that the rooms were sort of like a motel setting and outside instead of inside one big building. The grounds were beautiful. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean. Well kept and super fun. my room was exactly what I needed. The kitchen had everything that I needed and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked just fine. I did have to get my toilet fixed, but they responded very well same day and fixed it with no problem. Housekeeping was amazing. Floors are a little dingy, be cleaned or they could use some new carpet. Breakfast was good. They serve hot and continental items as well. Everybody that I interacted with there were extremely nice friendly and courteous.
