        It saddens me to have to write anything negative however their communication is beyond horrible. They schedule patients last minute without advising the patient, they show up without appointments, or advising the family and patient. Several times we were told someone was coming and no one showed up. Ot gives you a window in which they will arrive and park in front of your house and wait till the last minute literally before knocking. Pt was beyond amazing and so was our nurse. If it was not for our wonderful nurse and pt I would have found another home health company to work With. But the ot and bath AIds were horrible. The supervisor is of no help neither. Its So unfortunate because a lot of the patients are elderly and dont have family to be their voice.
