I have been coming to The Camp since 2017. Although it initially started off good, over the years I have become less and less happy with the company, especially the La Mirada location. The main reason is they overcharge your bank and credit cards without your permission. On three occasions before this year, I was wrongly charged even though I asked to cancel my contract. This last time, I signed up for the 6 month plan and they continued to charge and refused to refund. I have had three close friends experience the same thing. BUYER BEWARE: This company will still charge your accounts even if you terminate membership. Ive had to change credit cards in the past as a result. In addition to the hundreds of dollars they have overcharged me, they are not clear with their challenges. Again, buyer beware. They give their members unhealthy and unrealistic food plans to follow. They claim their challenges are free, but that is only if you lose 20 pounds and have reached your goal weight. If you do not make your weigh in, you lose $500. The the quality of the trainers is also horrendous. 0
