Imperial Dental: Sergio Ocampo DDS

Was supposed to get 2nd half of my deep cleaning today(1st half was earlier this month). Only got a polishing and still got charged full price for full cleaning. Went back and lady insisted I got the full cleaning, even though I got a ton of buildup on my upper left and right teeth. I gave the benefit of the doubt, but now I'm pretty sure if it was a full cleaning, all my teeth would be sparkly. So recap: I paid full price deep cleaning for half a deep cleaning and a brief polishing.

I highly recommend Dr. Ocampo! Hes very approachable and kind, everyone in the office is very nice and caring, always very helpful. They a good option for dental care, they really care for their patients.

I have been coming here for years, and every time Im always treated like family. I was able to come in earlier than my scheduled time in the day, got in and out within an hour. Staff is very friendly and they make sure they take care of you.

Very friendly! Dr. takes time to chat with you . He doesnt seem to be in a hurry. The front desk people speak clear English and go out of their way to help you with insurance questions.
