I called EMC Accounting Services for help with downloading data from my online QuickBooks account to my desktop version for storage and was given an amount of time that it would take. Elizabeth came to my office to do the download and was very prepared when she got here and she was in and out within the time she quoted and everything was done quickly and very professionally.
