Costco Tire Center

My experience shopping today was awful. Never in my life have I been through such a demeaning situation. Ken, Kenneth, thank you for such an unpleasant experience. Keep up the racism it will really bring customers coming back!!! Especially being a woman alone with my child in need of a battery obviously to start my vehicle to leave the lot.

Had to get tires rotation they said it would be 1hr and a half got done in 30min. Thanks for the great work.

Had a flat tire and they really saved my day. Made sure my car was safe, came back next morning to it all fixed. It's nice that they are open daily. Highly recommend. Service was stellar. Thank you!

So I always use Costco for my tire service because they typically have amazing service. Today I show up at 7pm and I am told there is no wait. But they will not rotate my tires since it is after 6pm and will only do repair. I have never heard that before but he insisted. So since i just put my full spare on, I asI asked if they could put air in my tires. He responded with " Across the street you can use self service for tire inflation." WTHeck??! If I wanted to fill my own tires why the heck would I pay to have Costco tire service?? I mentioned to him that I didnt think I should have to put air in my tires. He told me to move my car to the tire parking area and wait. After waiting outside the area where I then took a pic and had time to do the review I was over it. My tire light is on and they will not help me. I never thought COSTCO would have terrible customer service.
