So far so good after meeting Carl! He actually came highly recommended and I have met with him twice so far. He is knowledgeable and personable.   We are working on alot of messy things and we should have the hang of it all by this week!

ok so if I could I would give them them 0 star because they did something that is not acceptable to me. and should never happen to anyone. I hate giving bad reviews but with these guys I have to. so on Feb 1 of 2023 I went in, and I filed my 2022 tax return, and I was expected a refund. I waited about 2.5 month, and nothing showed up in my bank account which was a little suspicious. so I called them and I asked them they said its fine it takes time then I called again after 6 month and again they told me the same, comes 2023 tax filing year and I filled my taxes and everything went smoothly I asked for the 2022 tax return and I was told I have to call IRS so before I call IRS I called Carl Hakenjos and told them again about my tax return and they said we will check and call u again. waited about an hour no call back so I called IRS myself and after several attempts finally spoke to a IRS representative and he hunted everywhere for the tax return of the 2022 he was able to locate 2021 and 2023 then he said I see that 2022 taxes were just submitted...... so I got really upset and I called the office again and I said I didn't get a call back and she says well I just resubmitted the file whattttt you resubmitted are you serious and I told her I spoke to the IRS and told them that they told me that it was never submitted and that it was just submitted she didn't even apologize she said yah we had a computer problem it happens there is no big deal..... not even an apology so if you have filed your taxes with these guys and have not received anything well call irs most likely they didn't do their job and if you are thinking to file with them be aware. and think twice about filing with them......

Carl is an excellent CPA, the best tax person I have met in 4 decades working with 5 other tax preparers. He is first and foremost a kind and genuine human being, who is indeed interested in you as a person. When it comes to you taxes, he presents all the collected information on a big computer screen so you can see how he completes the forms. He had the answers to all my tax questions, and helped me set up my home business tax-wise.  The forms he completes will be sent in electronically, after you come in and add your signature. Your taxes due and/or your tax rebate can be paid or received electronically via your bank information. He made it totally understandable and easy for me. He relieved all my anxiety about future taxes...I will be back year after year!  Thank you, Carl.
