After nearly a decade of holding off the completion of my masters degree, I've finally graduated. After a four year hiatus, my experience was a whole lot better this time around. The staff turnover seemed to be lower so I don't have to explain my situation to various people. Training and more knowledgeable staff. Good to see they have made huge improvements.

Awful place to work. Brags about being flush with cash in Forbes  while engaging in rampant labor law violations and wage theft. Toxic work environment with managers taking credit for your work.

Do not waste your time and money on this college. This place is a joke. Incompetent teachers and advisors. No communication, they never answer their phones. The teachers do not teach at all but want to put in a heavy two cents on your work when they literally do not teach the students at all whatsoever. I had emailed my counselor a few times to drop classes since they don't pick up the phones and they read and respond AFTER the drop date and say you can't get your money back since you didn't request to drop the class in time even though you did. A few times I had to drop classes due to the pandemic and they failed to drop me and I received Fs for the classes and they refuse to help you petition. I have reached out to student concierge multiple times with complaints and have received zero response. I've even emailed the head of the school and nothing. Do not waste your money or pull out a loan for this place please for your own good. Zero education here.

Would give zero stars if I could. If you value your education and money, don't go here. This pretend "university" (as many people put it) is extremely unorganized. The miscommunication between departments and professors is astounding. Also, fair warning, many credits/ units WILL NOT TRANSFER to different schools. When you meet with the advisor, they will tell you differently and say that your credits/units will transfer. However, when you actually go to transfer your units, they will make excuses and say that they are nontransferable. This leaves students to pay MORE. Which is ultimately this "school's" goal, to get your money and leave you uneducated and more confused than when you started. Side note, took classes here and during one of my prerequisite classes on discussing assignments, one of my professors literally said "if this were a REAL university, then..." . Students laughed because we knew this school was a joke, we were just glad the professors thought so too. Bottom line: NATIONAL UNIVERSITY SUCKS.
