Miss Gardner really is the best at what she does and not because of the obvious reasons like commissions, price points, or high value clients she is the best because she actually cares about her clients. She was understanding with us being first time buyers. Extraordinarily patient with a unbearable seller and even worse selling agent and still handled our case with poise. 21 years in the buiseness and never having delt with a more difficult seller Mrs Gardner handled our case with knowledge and professionalism. Overall the process with purchasing our first home was unlike anything she had ever seen as a real estate agent and yet she saw the passion that we had for this particular property, put her distain for the duo aside went against her initial instinct which would have been to move on and look for another property and instead dug deeper and ultimately was able to negotiate a price under market all of our closing costs covered and our entire earnest deposit back. I'm writing this review while we're still in escrow which is a testament to the impression she's left on my family and I because we haven't even closed on the property yet and wether we do or not I still would choose Ms Gardner day or night as my real estate agent in the San Diego area. Truly one of a kind, best at her craft.
