We were looking to rent one of her properties, bummed that it was just. Rented right before I called! However, Genina led me into a different direction and though she was not able to rent one of her properties to us, she found me a great lead and we got a great place at an awesome price! Not everyday you find someone genuine and that would go out of their way to help when getting nothing out of it herself. Very impressed. Definitely recommend.

We're thinking about moving to San Diego in the near future, so I inquired about a rental property managed by Padilla Real Estate Services, along with many others in the area. I was extremely impressed by how the owner, Genina, treated me. When other places heard I was not even in the area or hadn't solidified our plan to move, they had negative responses and treated me badly. Not Genina, she took time to even call me back and check in with how my search was going and some ideas that really helped me simplify this process. I'm grateful to her for taking time out to give me practical steps in moving forward, multiple times. Her honest advice was refreshing and she went above and beyond any of the others. Cool landlord, explained the lease to me, warned me about late fees, then charged them to me when I was late but didn't gripe and carry on about it. Really down to earth lady. She's always available and very resourceful.
