Fantastic customer service,Jay Mitchell explained the procedure for AC check and repair. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Prices were very reasonable and repairs were completed promptly. How do I do this(post a review)without coming off like an over-caffeinated teenybopper imprisoned in the manic throes of her latest pop crush? Tough assignment, because I honestly want to scream, jump up and down and declare my undying affection for the folks at John's Automotive. Unlike the capricious adolescent who might swear lifelong fealty to her flavor of the month, I am committed to John's until such time I am no longer breathing or more likely no longer driving. Okay, seems I couldn't avoid the teenybopper thing after all. And I do so without an ounce of embarrassment. These folks are living examples of words like"professional, unmatched quality, thoughtfulness, clarity, honesty". This is not hyperbole. I truly cannot imagine taking my aging four wheels anywhere else. I suppose there could be comparable shops somewhere but I am biased now and would never possess the necessary trust to consider the possibility that there's an alternative. For me, there isn't. In the end, I have two words for anyone seeking advice: John's Automotive. The end. Service: General repairs & maintenance
