They do a monthly homecooked sit-down dinner and clothing giveaway. Very organized. And showers. Coffee water & other clothing for men & women. 1pm-3pm 3rd Saturday each month. Thanksgiving Dinner was exquisitely served. Thank You Everyone.

Loved it loved it loved it!!! Definitely going back there! Wild horses couldn't stop me! The Spirit of God takes up residence here! If your looking for a connection to the Spirit, He dwells here!

Most of the negative reviews are accurate... which I would say makes this a good, Christ following church that welcomes all people. Too often people seek to find a church that reinforces their own personal beliefs, rather than what Jesus Himself actually would teach. Jesus is not Republican or Democrat, or cares for any social-contruct created by man. Jesus, who rode to Jerusalem on a donkey, did not care for His followers to be well-dressed, and in fact criticized the well-dress, religious fundamentalist leaders of his time. Jesus most definitely did not preach about having less compassion for the homeless, regardless of whether or not they are addicts and/or mentally sick (something that some other San Diego churches preach). And Lastly, Jesus did not come to free the Jews from the chains of the Romans, and will not come to do anything of the sort in a "modern context," but came once to free *all of humanity* from the chains of the world, and will come once again. To further break that chain with one more exclamation.
