We stopped in today to have a ring I was given to me by my late mother-in-law into a pendant. Im super excited to see what the final product will look like. Susana was fantastic in answering all our questions and helping us decide on a design. Definitely recommend You Jewelers & Boutique.

What a nice and quick service! I came here on a Friday afternoon with two watches: one that I have owned for a long time and one I just purchased. The one I have had for a long time just needed a new battery and the new one was too big and I needed a few links to be removed. I was quickly helped and she gave me a quote of $28 and some change and told me that due to the large amount of invoices that it may be until the next day that my items would be ready. She asked if the new watch was for an occasion and I told her it was for a wedding the next day and she said oh then you need it as soon as possible, huh? I said yeah but I was fine with picking it up the next day before the wedding. She said I would be texted when the items are ready for pick up so it was to my pleasant surprise that they were ready only two hours later at 3:30 PM. I went over before they close at 6 PM and I tried on the new watch and it fit perfectly. My old watch was running correctly and I thanked her for the speedy fix. Price seems very fair especially for how fast they got it done even though they said they had a long queue. I will definitely come back for any future repairs.

I originally went to You Jewelers & Boutique to have them repair my vintage omega Seamaster, a gift from my father that's 60 years old. I was very leery about bringing it to anyone as it's a beautiful time please. They did a spectacular job with repairing it and polishing the watch. It works perfectly now. After they did such a great job with my watch, I decided to talk to them about wedding rings. Jonathan and Susanna have been absolutely spectacular in helping me find wedding rings for my wife and I. We have been looking online and I just felt that I wanted to go somewhere where I could speak to someone face-to-face. Susanna was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with her and her husband, Jonathan, who came out from servicing some watches. They both listened diligently to what I was looking for. Not only did they beat the big box stores but the online retailers as well, In quality and price. No matter where you live they're worth the drive to La Mesa. I'm definitely gonna go back there again for any of my jewelry or watch repair needs, as they've earned my admiration and business. BC

Definitely my new go to jewelry store! I went in originally to sell some old gold and jewelry I was no longer using. While I was there, I happened to notice some beautiful ring settings, and I had been wanting to purchase a three karat diamond. I did not want to spend $25,000 so I considered the lab grown diamonds. I told them exactly what I would like and it took them about two weeks to find the perfect diamond. I was asked to come in and look it over before we actually created the ring, and it was absolutely stunningly gorgeous! I cannot wait to receive it. The service was impeccable and the owners are so friendly. I have already recommended them to my sister. I will update when my ring arrives as I am anxiously awaiting it. Highly, highly recommend!
