David Petri Agency: Allstate Insurance

I've been with David Petri's Allstate Agency for over 10 years including through two pipe leaks (home flooding), an auto collision, and an auto vandalization. In each case, I felt I was made whole again. David's group of professionals are always available to give service, assistance, and advice. They're friendly and knowledgeable, taking excellent care of their customers. We all hate having to pay for insurance, but it's a great thing to have when you need it, and it's best to deal with good people when you do. You'll find no better than here.

When I first moved back to California and of course I kept Allstate David Petri was so helpful with straightening out my insurance policy thank goodness because I was a mess after my husband passed away. Thats why I returned to California. Thank you David Petri.

My brother just passed away and I am not able to pay my bill so I have been communicating with David's office. Today I reached out again due to the fact that I still don't have the payment and David reached out to me stating there was nothing he could do to help me, I asked for other options and he said there wasn't any. So he then recommends I call a 1800 number that was supposed to be a customer service line to Allstate directly, so I call and David answered and I'm explaining to the agent whom I didn't know it was the same David petri that I had text previously. David is listening to me tell my situation and he hangs up on me. So I send him a text and ask him if he was the one that had just hung up on me and he said Yes. I couldn't believe he was choosing to do this. So I try to call again because I need assistance and I want to talk to Allstate and eliminate talking with David and his office assistant that hung up on me too. I have never dealt with a business with such low standards. This company lacks customer service, they're unprofessional and lack empathy. I refuse to give this office my business.
