        I'm extremely disappointed at Cesar Sterling services and As well as Farmers insurance. When my car got damaged , I was hoping to get at least a positive feedback from this man in regards to my case ...He made me felt that I was guilty for my car getting hit while parked on a street,  instead of cooling the situation , he made it worse !, I immediately changed insurance , no longer going back to them, worse nightmare, It's funny to even think that if they don't want to pay for my car ...  what about my life insurance , I'm pretty sure they would make everyone's life miserable , for them not to pay. I felt betrayed by my ex agent Cesar Sterling and I don't think anyone should go through this , please make sure you make the right decision when choosing both agents and insurance , Sorry Cesar but that's the true !!!
