    I was with another agency before Alex (my new agent) got me signed with Nationwide, and from the get go everything felt so much better. He managed to insure both my cars AND give me renters insurance coverage for less then what I was already paying, I couldn't believe it. About 2 months and 3 weeks of being under Nationwide I got in a head on accident, really bad. I walked away without a scratched, my car on the other hand was in really bad shape. If it hadn't been for Alex who took the extra time to review my policy I had more coverage and more help dealing with this horrible incident. It took about 3 months of work but I got my car back looking and driving just like new. I must admit I was a little hesitant about switching over insurance after 7 years, but now i know Nationwide is my new home and I'm staying putt.

    If I could give them zero start I would Michelle : Ashly is a totally airhead messed up on my policy twice . Misinformed me twice so it looked like I made mistakes with my billing but it was all her . Not only was it her she reinstated my policy changed the date and didn't inform me until the policy was cancelled . I called the office 10x who wants to be driving with insurance let along a policy that you have paid for .do not go to this location they are not helpful at all . I called twice she answer on my 10th calling saying that in a crazy person and theirs nothing she could do to help me with policy that she messed up .fyi I paid them 420$ in the month of October only 120$ was actually added to my auto I still have to figure out where the missing money went the have to send me to a policy speaclist. The customer service reps are no better they act as if your not a paying customer and their working for free. GUYS IM TRULY WARING YOU DO NOT GO TO NATIOWIDE . Save yourself the hardache.

    As a Realtor in East County San Diego, I often need to help my clients research insurance solutions, whether for general home coverage or for more challenging issues such as coverage in designated fire zones. Michelle is great about explaining various coverage details that may apply or may be value add that you might not be aware of. For example, I learned they have a policy rider for your home insurance that costs about $29 a year and it provides the same coverage as a Home Warranty Policy. New homeowners will typically purchase a 1 year Home Warranty for an average of $400 if the seller doesn't provide one so this is a huge savings. It's always a plus when you have a local agent to call whenever you have questions or need some guidance. If they can't help with a specific insurance need, they let you know who can -- and they don't get any fees for sending you somewhere else either. That's true customer service in my opinion.
