I walked in to this store with a pack of yarn as I had gone to Walmart beforehand and didnt want to buy a bag so I held it in my hand with the receipt easily visible in sight. The second I walked in I felt like I was being stared at and noticed the girl at the front w/ curly ginger hair had her eyes on me. I browsed around, but felt uncomfortable so I decided to leave, and as I headed for the door, she raised her voice and said excuse me. She thought I was shoplifting and I showed her my receipt and item in my hand. She did not apologize or anything for falsely accusing me, and this situation made me feel super uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Great location and amazing customer service and did I mention its Hallmark, come in and look around there are so many ways to give that special someone something unique and special .
