Dr. Mechev was recommended to me by a friend. I was skeptical that anyone could have 199, 5 star reviews. My experience has been that there is always a malcontent who will take joy in destroying a perfect record. After my visit, I understand why this hasnt happened. Dr. Mechev is so sincere, profesional, and honest, that even a malcontent will be satisfied. Dr. Mechev was unable to help me with my problem, yet took great time and care to direct me in the right direction. Since the images were not going to be of use, I was not even charged for the visit. This is a doctor that cares more about patients than profit. I am switching to Dr. Mechev for all of my dentistry needs in the future.

This mornings visit for my dental cleaning was a good experience. The hygienist made adjustments to make me more comfortable and before I knew it, my cleaning was over and I was on my way. Quiet, pleasant experience - love this office.

I recommend Dr. Mechev. His work is excellent, precise and very clean. The assistant staff and the receptionist are also competent and kind. I am happy with the results. Thank you, God bless you.

Dr. Mechav is the absolute best!! He truly cares about his patients, is very gentle and goes above and beyond Lorena is great and very kind! She has called to check in with me after I had a couple extractions to make sure Im okay.. new to the area, was referred by my brother in law and so grateful.. you are in the best of care with Dr. Mechav and his staff I highly recommend La Mesa Dental Center
