        I am trying to start my own business. I freaken live in La Jolla loved the idea of this company. I purchased the up-sell Kartra university. Every time I go into to book a meeting I hit enter and get an immediate cancellation notice. I then emailed and asked for a refund and got punted to a company overseas. Kartra took my payment but cant refund me only a company overseas. I am getting the run around and I do not need this right now. I am so incredibly frustrated

        Been stuck for months trying to get help with a Kartra site. Have submitted multiple support tickets, spent hours of online chat to no avail. Had one support tech Tudor Todorescu in Romania, had the decency to email me to answer questions which did not solve the issue & never followed up after. Hours of wasted time on a CMS that is under a shell company Genesis Digital in Calif. that has no operating phone number. Poor, horrible, practically non existent support. STAY AWAY! Use WordPress, USE WIX.

        If it takes my an hour to figure out how to cancel WebinarJam clearly you are A scam. your Company spends so much effort so you can't figure how to cancel. I will be pressing charges via the Attorney Generals Office of CA.
