March 2024 I purchased a home in 2021 from Tiffany so when I decided to sale the home I knew I had to use her again. Tiffany helped me stage the home as well as find quality and affordable contractors to do some maintenance and repairs. The home sold for above asking after only 1 day on the market. Tiffany really knows the market and how to negotiate with not only the buyer but the escrow company as well. Tiffany is a skilled agent who knows her market and is always going above and beyond to make the process and smooth as possible. Jan 2021 Tiffany is an amazing person and agent. She was in top of every part of the process some was smooth and some not so smooth of no fault of her own just COVID-19 and busy market n lenders overwhelmed but she managed it with finesse. Tiffany truly went above and beyond every step of the way and negotiations skills r on point and does everything with class and style.
