Dawn is simply the best. My wife and I are first time home buyers and Dawn was essential every step of the way. She is insightful, thorough, honest, and truly cares about her clients, about us! Dawn knows San Diego better than any realtor you will find and can spot the goods, the bads, and the uglies before an inspection even takes place. Just wait until you see her marble test. Dawn helped us with the purchase of our first home, and we can honestly say it was a pleasure to work with her. As new home buyers in the San Diego market, the process was overwhelming at times! You will not find a better, more caring, professional realtor than Dawn. We tell all our friends and family what a gift she is to us in this crazy housing market! She knows truly everything there is to know about a house. When the inspection came back, there were truly no surprisesshe had listed everything that she saw as both the positives and possible challenges of the property! Her experience in the field brings expertise but her heart is what makes her so incredible to work with! She is not out to get the upper hand out of her clients, but instead the opposite. She goes so far above and beyond what Ive heard of any realtor doingand you can tell its because she genuinely cares about all of her clients, regardless of where you come from.
