Janicke recently helped me, and my fianc purchase our first home. Let me say this, do not underestimate her experience in this industry. At first, it felt like I was working with a typical SALES rep, but that is not the case with Janicke. She has been doing this for years, and very quickly, my fianc and I saw that experience at work. We truly felt like we were working with a friend who was going to go to war for us. San Diego is an aggressive market, and since we weren't cash buyers, we needed a competitive edge. Janicke was our solution, she made it happen for us. She was honest and personable. If I had questions, she had answers. I've got to give a big shoutout to Janicke Swanson for the awesome experience they provided when my clients moved from Philly to La Jolla. Janicke and Kasey did a great job representing us on the buyer's side of the purchase of our home in PB. They were patient and professional on what turned out to be a relatively long process given our lack of familiarity with the real estate market in San Diego. Janicke and Kasey answered all our questions before and during the buying process and also contacted local professionals on our behalf that were of great help during the last stages of the inspection/escrow process.
