We live in Ohio and met Ryan four years ago while casually looking at properties in San Diego. We were visiting our daughter who was a freshman at San Diego State. I bought my first home with Ryan. He made the whole process extremely simple and easy. I was able to sign all documents through my phone and paperwork was a breeze. Ryan Stein recently sold our home of 30 years. Ryan told me what I needed to do to get the best price and I followed his recommendation. His assistant, Andrea, came with a photographer who took fabulous photos and Ryan even had a drone take photos of our property. An agent showing our property to one of her clients commented to me that she can rarely get other agents to call her back when she has a question about a property but Ryan always answered her calls.
