Vince Crudo represented me on the purchase of a duplex in Pacific Beach. I was very impressed with him as he went above and beyond for me to make this deal happen. There were some encroachment concerns and Vince addressed them right away by consulting an attorney, architect, the neighbor and even tracking down the original building plans from the city to make sure I was comfortable moving forward with the deal. I know the seller was also really happy with him by bringing able to bring this deal to the finish line in a timely manner. Vince more than earned his commission and I look forward to working with him many more times in the future for investment and personal properties.

We were up against 1031 deadlines and wanted to find a "forever home" in San Diego County near family and church. We were referred to Vincent and things began to go the right way, right-away.
