We had an amazing experience with the Ragusa Group. They were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to get all of our questions answered. They also seem to always know which houses are on the market before everyone else! They are extremely familiar with San Diego and have an eye for detail. They did not make us feel pressured to make a decision and really listened to all of our concerns. Jenn is such a go getter, if you are buying or selling a house you want her in your corner. She gives 100% of her effort to you and makes you feel very important. Also, after we bought our house the Ragusa Group continued to be so generous. They have kept in touch with us and truly care how we still feel about our house. I would recommend the Ragusa Group to anyone.

Jenn is a very seasoned Real Estate Agent. She was very thorough during our home buying process and explained every step of the way. She was always available to see any home we wanted. I appreciated her positivity during a somewhat stressful time for us because of our timeline to be out of the place we were renting. Jenn responded to my texts very quickly and her husband Dave was great at doing all the behind the scene paperwork for us. She knew the areas of Point Loma and Clairemont very well including the layout of the properties. She ended up scoring us a house, in my dream area of Clairemont The Mount streets! With over 15 offers in over the listing price, her charm and personality helped us with the listing agent and they ended up going with us even though there were offers that came in higher. I will definitely refer others to Jenn and if I ever plan to buy or sell again she will be my go to!

We worked with Jenn to purchase our first home which we just closed on this week! She was fantastic! We had previously submitted 5 offers on homes using the Redfin agent and had no luck. Once we found Jenn, we closed on a house within 2 months. Jenn was friendly and professional from the start. She is very experienced with the coastal San Diego market and her experience definitely paid off. On top of that, she went above and beyond to help make sure we had our ducks in a row up to and even after closing (setting up tenting, figuring out trash dash and water district, setting up contractors box for construction, referrals to landscapers and arborists). As first home buyers, there was a lot we didn't know. She took the time to go through everything with us and we never felt rushed. She was responsive to all of our texts and phone calls. We just felt like we were in such good hands with Jenn and cannot recommend her enough!
