SOLD! SOLD! Amber Anderson and her team sold our beautiful home on the beach twice and managed the property while we spent the majority of our time elsewhere. The first sale had to be terminated a few days before closing due to newly discovered plumbing issue. The second sale closed a few months after repairs. Amber Anderson and her team are tremendous marketers and Amber's professional network, especially in the high end market, is unparalleled. Amber and her teams management and communication skills made the sale process extremely comfortable. While out of town, the home was always secure and well maintained.
