I can't say enough good things about Kaitlin Sten. I wanted to refinance my existing home mortgage and kept feeling like most of the lenders I spoke with only cared about closing a loan. Then I spoke with Kait Sten. I was upfront about what I was looking for. Kait was great. She listened and understood my situation and found the best product at the best rate for my needs. The whole process was easy, Kaitlin was always available to answer questions, and had a very approachable, relaxed, no pressure attitude. In other words everything I was looking for in a lender. What I loved most was the knowledge that she wanted what was best for me. I can confidently recommend Kaitlin for any of the mortgage products she offers.

I bought my first house through Kaitlin and she was SO helpful walking me through the process and explaining everything I had questions about. I enjoyed working with her and she made the process manageable for a first time homebuyer who didn't know anything about the process!!!

Kaitlin is so great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and always communicated with us to make sure we understood where we were in the loan process. We have returned to Kaitlin multiple times to help us with our purchases and refinancing. I wouldnt use any other loan officer - shes the best!
