The Experience we had with Prospect Mortgage was Outstanding. I can't say enough about there Customer Service. In the Day when you can't reach a business or your call is on hold for days. Roberto Marrero is a Star Agent. He took time explaining the course of a ReFi for us. Roberto called us Daily . Our Refi took 2 weeks to complete. Thank You Roberto Marrero for taking the stress out of the Process.

We just completed our home purchase and could not be happier with the smooth process we had with Prospect Financial. The original bank I had contacted was slow with communications. Was very happy that once we decided to go with Prospect they were in constant communication and always prompt to reply and answer any questions. Our loan officer Coby Camerer was the best! Kevin Myers made my experience very easy. My time schedule varies daily so my response time was sometimes slow. We interacted with documentation at my speed, I never felt pushed. It was great that everything could be accomplished electronically so I could respond when I had time, not pushed by office hours. Kevin communicated almost daily depending on my daily endeavors. If I would have known it would have been this easy, I probably would have refinanced earlier. Thank you Kevin Myers and your team for a job well done.
