I cannot say enough about Rosa and Michelle. My husband and I decided to sell our our home that we had owned for 17 years. We rented it the last two, so needless to say, it was not in the best "selling condition." I had no idea where to even start or what needed to be done. Rosa and Michelle helped us come up with a plan to renovate/update the house using the Compass Concierge program, and it could not have been easier! The process was so simple and the house has never looked better! Because of this transformation, our house sold for above asking price and no money came out of our pocket. Rosa was very patient with us on selecting the best fit for us and never made us feel any pressure to select something that we were on the fence with. When we actually found the house we wanted, Rosa made sure to stay focused and patent and got us the house. She took the burden and hassles and insulated us from as much stress as she could. It didn't hurt she sold our current house in a day either :) The entire process could not have worked out any better, we are beyond thrilled.
