Dr. Gainor is the best dr ever! She is so sweet and patient and takes the time to help your child(ren).

TL; DR: rude office staff, good doctors, HORRIBLE for working parents We are finally leaving this practice, after almost 5 years and two children who have seen no other doctors.There seems to be a high turnover rate with the pediatricians here, although the quality of the care has been consistently good. Dr Paul is my favorite, after Dr. McGowen (who left within our first year there). Dr. Gainor (still there) is great too. The issue is with the office staff, and the practice policy on Saturday visits. Phone calls are not returned. Don't leave a message and expect to get a call back, ever. When you do get through and speak on the phone, the office staff are often rude and short, like they have something better to do than talk to you. When visiting in person, the office staff are condescending in their communication, and are never clear on when next visits are due (well-baby, etc.). However the final straw had to do with this years flu shot. It is important to us to make sure that my toddlers have this shot, however my husband and I both work full time and taking time off is difficult, and although this office is open on the weekend they will not see your children for vaccines. I explained to the office staff that my husband and I work full time and obviously our children's health is important, however we cannot easily get time off work is there anyway they can do a workaround and work with us. The woman I spoke to on the phone did not seem to care, stuck fast to their policy. I told her that we have been going there for just about 5 years and because of this would have to leave and go someplace else, and again there was seemingly no care at all, in fact she told me if that's what I had to do then go right ahead. I understand there is a policy, however I do not understand why a doctors office would willingly turn away a patient for a vaccine. So, if you  have a nanny to take your kids for their shots, or can get time off work, or have a stay at home caregiver, and can also deal with the worst doctor office staff ever, then this is the place for you. The doctors care about the kids, just not enough about the business to make sure the people at the front who represent the practice give good service.

Called to try to get my one year old son in to get checked out. They said they would not see him and they will only see patients that can be established... were in town visiting family, so they dont want to deal with a transient patient even though I have in network insurance. 10/10 will not recommend.

Dr Gainor is God sent! I highly recommend her! She takes her time to really listen to the parent and their concerns over their child!

Loved our experience at the clinic. They were so kind, fit us in quickly, and Dr. Dosanjh was great with our 9 year old! Great customer service and awesome care!
