I wasnt really familiar with sleep number beds until I went into their store in Mission Valley and was greeted by the manager sky who did amazing job explaining all of the benefits and how the bed functions and I bought the bed and it is fantastic!! Alan was also a huge help in getting my bed ordered. It was delivered on time two days after I purchased it set up by a professional team.

Was in the market for a new pillow bc I've suddenly been in a world of pain that's been affecting my day-to-day for the last couple weeks, to the point that I've been unable to navigate my life normally. I suspect it's been due to a lack of support in my current pillows, esp. as a side sleeper. Came in specifically to try the Sleep Number ComfortFit Ultimate/Standard Pillow based off Wirecutter's recommendation. Geovany was the one to help me. He was friendly & offered great guidance. He was super helpful when I was trying pillows! - He found the pillow I had in mind right away & also suggested the same one but in Curved. - He gave the right amount of attentiveness & wasn't overly hover-y as I tested them. Which was a little slow-going bc of my aches & pains plus the time it took to test the Ultimate's customization of its three sealed inserts. So I appreciated his patience too. - And! I esp. liked that he thought to match the firmness of the in-store mattress to mine (sleep number 35!), so I could get a better feel for how they'd be for me at home. It turned out that I found his suggested pillow more comfortable than the Wirecutter's pick too! Altho I ended up getting both ComfortFit Ultimate & Curved plus pillow protectors. An added niceness was that getting everything in-store gave me a bigger bang for my buck, even in-comparison to online w/the website sales. He also clarified the exchange/return policies, which is incorrect on Wirecutter's review. Left SN tonight feeling hopeful for the first time in awhile for a restful night's sleep! It's a nice reprieve from feeling anxious about going to bed & worried whether I'll wake with any combination of: back/neck/shoulder/arm feeling stiffness/limited range of motion/pain.
